Ah Boy Can Print – Cancellation, Return & Refund Policy
Order Cancellation
Orders cannot be cancelled once payment is made as we will start production.
Customised Items
All customised items are non-exchangeable and non-refundable once production begins. Customers are responsible for ensuring:
- spelling of names
- colour selections
- logo files
- sizing requests
are correct before production starts.
Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive items that are:
- defective
- damaged upon collection
- incorrect from the approved order details
please contact us within 48 hours of collection/delivery with photos for review.
Approved replacements will be arranged where applicable.
Transport & Handling Responsibility
All items are the responsibility of the customer once delivery is completed.
We are not responsible for damage caused during:
- storage
- usage after collection
Refund Processing (If Applicable)
If a refund is approved, the amount will be processed within 3–5 working days via the original payment method.
